Even the most experienced and best translators are not immune to basic errors which are bound to occur during the several hours of staring at a screen and translating. Thus every text intended for publishing must undergo a process of proofreading where a proofreader identifies and corrects these errors which are mostly typos, but can also be misspellings, grammatical or even semantic errors. After proofreading the text is ready for graphic design and print.
I offer proofreading of already translated texts or find a proofreader for my translations on customer’s desire. All proofreaders I work with are native speakers of the language and educated linguists.
